Optimind acquires Agora Partners to reinforce its Risk Management practice.
On 29th September, Optimind announces the acquistion of Agora Partners which will integrate its Risk Management Practice and create one of the French leaders of Risk Management & Compliance consulting.
Agora Partners is a French consulting firm, created in 2013, specialized in the transformation of Governance, Risk Management and Compliance duties. Its team of experts advises insurance companies, banks and industry & services corporations in the set-up of a RMIS.
With the integration of Agora Partners within its consulting team, Optimind enhances its service proposal by forming a 35 strong expert consultant team, able to bring a global support (consulting/set-up/maintenance) on Risk Management for market players on 4 different pillars: Risk & Control, Compliance, RMIS, Data & Cybersecurity.
Agora Partners merges with Optimind’s Risk Management practice, with Sébastien Meslet, Agora Partners’s Managing Director, standing as the Principal of the practice alongside Alain Le Corre, Partner of the practice since 2015.
